Cloud 9

We had a very difficult time finding someone for our wedding cake. Then we came across Erica & Cloud 9 (recommended by our hotel). The first meeting was bumpy since she forgot the samples, but then we scheduled another meeting at her shop in Charlotte. Erica had so many delicious samples and offered great ideas to make our cake perfect for us. She never rushed us and we knew our cake was going to be not only beautiful, but delicious. She did not disappoint! We were thrilled to see a picture of our cake on the Cloud 9 website. It was simple & elegant - exactly what we asked for from her. The Red Velvet was fantastic and we can't wait to have the Tres Leche on our first anniversary!
