The staff was very helpful. And the store wasn't too 'over the top', the prices were reasonable. My only issue is they did not inform me of damages to my dress, or the fact it wasn't wash able or drycleanable(since i was buying off the rack it was final sale), and though they were minor I would have liked to have known about them before hand.
