BEWARE!! While she has a great eye and her photography is great, everything else is below standard. She will promise you anything you want but when it comes time to deliver she simply tells you its was not in the contract. Unfortunately the contract she refers to was never sent to us. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.She could really care less if you are happy or not. And why should she be she already has your money and the pictures. Specific photos we ask to be taken were not. Her assistant who took many photos of the wedding we where not allowed to see (except at the wedding) after the wedding we where told many reasons (lies) why we were not allowed to see the photo until one day on the phone she finally admitted she and her assistant had a falling out and she would not give us her assistants contact information so we could try to get some of those photos from her. they were all the photos of the grooms men and the special photos we had asked to be taken. Bottom line horrible customer service, constantly late with every and truthful about nothing. My wife has cried many times over our choice to use Carolyn and Carolyn could really care less so BEWARE!!!!!!!

Caroline has been a joy to work with. Always upbeat and willing to go along with anything and show up anywhere. She's easy, easy and her photos are lovely.
