we used Karina, a planner on the tv show RIch Bride Poor Bride. She's also a florist and because she can do both, we didnt' need to question the overall vision for the day.. she totally got it. She has great taste and is always there for you. I didn't realize how much emotional support they provided in addition to running a smooth wedding. Initially I thought hiring a planner was an expensive luxury. She actually saved us MORe than the price of her fee because we'd hired her at the begining and she found us a few great vendors who actually fell below our budgets in those areas and were amazing. Those wedding planners really have great 'little black books!" She also graciously posed with a few of our guests who were RIch Bride Poor Bride fans and were amazed that we had a TV personality doing our wedding. they must have thought she cost a fortune.. even if she had been expensive, she'd have been worth every penny, we couldn't have had such an amazing wedding without her.
