CB Berry community & Historical Center at Vereen Gardens at 2250 HWY 179, Little River, S.C. which is an elegant new building this year in Horry County. The reason I’m contacting you is to give you the opportunity to offer your clients another place to hold their events that will be different then what the typical beach wedding and events has been thus far. Our location is a very lovely and historical site with intercostals waterway views in a beautiful and natural setting. CB Berry has a variety of places in which to hold your clients event either the outdoor area with a gazebo, pier and platform on the waterway or in our lovely banquet hall that will include tables, chairs, linens, baby grand self playing piano, sound system, kitchen, and much more.
