Embody is a new personal training business specializing in Bridal Beauty and Fitness training for new brides-to-be. Fitness Consultants vow to get new brides to be in-shape and looking fabulous for the big day.

For women who have become recently engaged and are in the planning stages of their wedding, Embody will assist them to accurately assess and set realistic goals, and then go about helping them achieve those goals.

New brides are under considerable pressure; leveraging the opportunity to establish new good habits and get healthy and fit, as well as manage stress only makes sense.
