1-Didnt show up on time which made our videographer go into overtime. Ended up costing us 200 more dollars for that.

2-Also, I wanted to have a wild light show. Steve told me that that was no problem but a second DJ was needed for that.

At our reception, the device for the wild light show was broken. No replacement part that night. No wild light show, no second DJ right? Wrong! The second DJ stood in the corner twiddling his thumbs. Was offered a refund MUCH lower then was owed.

Main DJ even told me that he could have run the show himself as the light show was not going to happen.

Bottom line. Took him to the Better Business Bureau. He didn't respond to them! So the bureau has given him a "F" rating. The lowest possible business rating you can receive.

Sight & Sound did NOT do a good job. He was updating his music compilation on his old Mac and we didn't have music during dinner. I was floored-- why would you do a system update during a wedding, I mean you only have so many hours to play music. We paid $1200 for the ceremony + wedding music, and it was NOT worth it. I will not refer this company again.

The music was everything I expected.
