I was satisfied with the quality and quantity of pictures that my photographer took. The customer service and professionalism, on the other hand, was very dissapointing. It is more than 6 months after my wedding and I still have not received multiple items that were part of my original contract. Communication is very difficult with him as well, as he rarely responds in a timely fashion. Even though I love my photos, I would not recommend this photographer.
