Wedding Questions

We have having our reception at the Inn at St. Johns January 2014 but are trying to find a location for the ceremony. We are looking for a non-religious ceremony. Our original intention was to have a fall or spring wedding and do the ceremony outside, but we are no longer doing that and need an indoor location. We are in touch with the Penn theater, but only have pricing and cannot find any pics or reviews online. Anyone have a ceremony there? We are also looking at Greenmead or Mill Race if anyone has any info about those 2 or if anyone has any other ideas. I am finding that most places that offer the indoor ceremony only do it if you are also having a reception there or make it much more expensive for only doing the ceremony part. Thanks for any help!!!
