Barranchina is a great pick. They get packed so make sure you make a reservation in advance. Had mine at El Jibarito restaurant and they even made a wedding rehearsal menu for us!

I just got back from my wedding/honeymoon from PR. We had our ceremony at El Morro as well and was very happy that we did.
Here is what we did:
Welcome reception/happy hour at Toro Salao...I cannot express how wonderful they were! We had 36 folks in their upstairs room (I would not recommend more than 40 for that space). They have a list of food items that serve about 25 each. I choose 3 of them and probably should have had 1 more for good measure even though there was some food left. The food was amazing and the drinks were great! We had the most amazing bartender!! Of course I can not remember her name. I did not do a sit down event here because I wanted folks to mingle.
Pre-Ceremony at some outside bar just down the way from El Morro. It is above the fountain square on Calle Norzagary/Bulevar del Valle. We had our guests meet up here for a drink and more mingling. There was some sort of show going on as well which was entertaining for folks.

Reception Dinner - Barrachina's. Great service! Everyone loved the food and the drinks were good (I did not get the Pina Colada b/c I don't like coconut but all the other drinks were good!) I personally got the chicken and veggies (from menu B) and I thought it a bit dry but I do not in the slightest regret having the dinner here. It was a good setting....and they were very flexible. It is about a 10 min walk from El Morro and pretty much down hill which is nice.
