William Paca House as Ceremony & Reception venue?

Has anyone had experience with the William Paca House as a wedding venue? How easy is it to work with their events coordinator? How is their contract? Are there hidden fees that pop up after the contact has been signed? Do they work well with vendors? There seems to be few reviews of this venue overall, and they are fairly mixed in their opinions.
