Need help on a Cheap Ceremony site and Recetion site!!

We are planning to get married in August 18, 2012 and we are looking for a cheap reception site and ceremony site that is cheap and possibly military discount. We were thinking outdoors in Fenton, Mi at the millpond gazebo. I just need a wonderful wedding on a tight budget!! PLEASE HELP!!
