I actually just switched all of my rentals to Gala Rental. Their prices were WAY better than the vendor I was originally going to use (who refused to price match, hence the switch) and they were super helpful :) I worked with both Diana and Chezelle who helped me arrange everything at the last minute. They made a really stressful situation much better. I have not seen their rentals yet, but so far service has been great.
Hello, thank you, they look a little pricey
i have just started working with gala after some recommendations. so far, diana has been absolutely lovely and very responsive (i am in nyc and planning my wedding in san juan). i was a little bummed they don't offer any pricing on the website - and do not have a catalog they can send... but they have been great with getting me the information i need. i am not sure what items you are looking for, but i have found their pricing very competitive - adn of course, the service makes all the difference. good luck!
We went with Party Line Rentals. Their prices were the cheapest I found, and Wanda speaks perfect English. They also offer set-up for an additional fee (still quite reasonable). We had a pretty demanding order (set up, take down, set up 3 hours later in a different location) and they've been so accomodating.
