Does anyone know of any great places outdoors to have a ceremony? My sister wants to keep her costs down, so they can buy a house after the wedding. We were thinking West Bluff Park?? Don't know who to contact though for the scheduling. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Hello!

I got married at Hyder ParkJune 2009. It was wonderful and cost effective. The City of Albuquerque website has a lot of great info. Here is the link:

Parks are first come first serve, which can be anxiety provoking. We had friends "camp" out the spot. We didn't require a permit, because our event didn't qualify for one. We rented a couple of tables and chairs...very cheap:)

The current situation in the world does not require big ceremonies. But the park is a really good choice if you want to separate contacts as much as possible. One of my friends signed up on a dating site to meet bbws. He found a girl there who later became his bride. They did the ceremony on the beach to make all the guests feel comfortable.
