Wedding Questions

I had a really good experience with George! He was simply great for out October 2008 wedding- a joy to work with! I don't know what his recent cakes look like, but he was just getting started when he did ours. Also, I specifically requested no fondant (because I don't like the taste!) and asked him if he would be able to apply that sheen on the cake. He didn't have the tools at that time, so he went out and bought them, just so I could have my "pearlized" finish. The cake isn't as perfect-looking as I might have wanted, but it was included with our catering and gave us a tremendous break in our budget. It also tasted wonderful! George did an excellent job answering all my questions and making sure that my guests were taken care of- nobody left hungry, that's for sure! He exceeded our expectations with his service!

G's caters to our office quite a bit. Of course, we never have cakes made but they always come through for us. The company I work for has over 500 people and we have never had a problem. Hopefully, the tasting will go better for you.

He was the first caterer we spoke with and we decided to cancel the tasting until we spoke with a few others, but I figure he probably does have the best prices in town therefor I'm really glad to hear your comments. Thanks for the responses!
