Costco has great flowers at wholesale prices. You can preorder from them as well.

I did the flower arranging for these bouquets from Costco.

I have found every florist to be outrageous here in Calgary so I'm using http://www.florabundance.com/
for my wedding next year - you have to sign up for their newsletter - and they email you back with a password - it's 50% less than florists. The only thing is that you need to use the quicker delivery option so the flowers will last.

I ordered mine from Safeway. I get to pick them up tomorrow so I will let you know how they look!

I'm a wedding planner and I agree with Costco and Safeway flower orders! They do an amazing job....hydrangeas are 30 for only $200 at Costco which is a fantastic deal although they are a bit smaller. I like getting mums from Safeway - full flowers and they're quite inexpensive!

One of the weddings we did last summer was ordered from Costco for only $600 total but it covered all 22 tables and all the bouquet needs for the wedding party. One of the girls in my team arranged them and it looked fresh and full. Attached is a picture :o)

I vote Costco also...I just ordered loose roses & flowers to arrange for the bridal party...~ $18/2 dozen roses...I plan to mix in some tinted spiders, baby's breath etc, and will also get the bridesmaids to make some boutineres.
