I'm a local photographer and I second the notion of getting a hotel room! You'll be so pleased that your pictures don't reflect you having to get ready in a bathroom or something at bee tree, trust me :)
We had our pictures taken at Bee Tree before our wedding (which was in a church, so not actually at Bee Tree), and then after our wedding we had a 2nd reception at the Frisbee pavilion at Bee Tree (and had more pics taken). So we were there a lot that day, but we didn't get ready there. Our bridesmaids/groomsmen were mostly family and pretty much came ready. I got ready with my maid of honor at my parents house which is close. I would suggest getting ready at home or at a friend's house who is close or a hotel room. Setting up a tent...you could but then you might as well use the pavilions there. I guess you'd have to bring your own mirrors, etc. July will probably be really hot and humid in St. Louis, so you may want to get ready in air conditioning.
I am a wedding liaison that sees most of my brides get ready at someone's home - your parents - your home. that way the location/background of the photos are familiar to you.
The bride travels to Bee Tree in the back seat of a vehicle or get picked up by the limo and be escorted to Bee Tree.
int.designinggirl - you do not say where you are coming from.
Bottom line - come to the park dressed and ready to walk down the aisle.
Good Luck and Congratulations !!!

Thank you everyone for all your help, yeah we will definitely look into a hotel room close by as none of my family or friends live close. Yeah that would definitely look better in pictures, than trying to all get ready in a tent
