Google "Miramar Beach Clerk of the Court." You should be able to go to that location the day you arrive and pick up your marriage license (both of you will need your id's/driver's licenses - there is no waiting period for out of staters. Florida residents have a 3-day waiting period. You just fill out a couple of forms and they print it out for you, sign and date it.) As for the officiate, I would need more information.. are you using a planner or a wedding company such as Barefoot Weddings? If you are, then you can probably just contact them and ask what their policy is for bringing your own officiate. They will more than likely say it's ok and deduct a certain amount of money from your package. Best of luck and CONGRATULATIONS! My husband and I got married on Miramar Beach last year and it's absolutely beautiful :)
Thank you so much for this information! This helps a lot! We are not using a wedding planner. I am an events coordinator up here in Atlanta so I have taken it on myself... so far so good! I love it! Thanks again and I am going to Google it right now!
