Not sure how many people they can accomodate, but I have heard great customer reviews about Carolina's on Exchange St in Charleston. One girl's cake fell (she didn't know about it), the manager had the chef put in supports, re-ice the middle layer and put it back together. She didn't even know the cake was "adjusted" until the manager told her not to try and cut the center layer, after the cake cutting photos. They were also going to call in additional help to allow her to have her wedding there, if it rained and they couldn't do the beach wedding. Would love to do your photography if you don't have one yet.
