Hello All,

I've just begun planning my wedding for September 2009. I'm looking for a venue with a country setting feel. Something open and outdoorsy but with weather back up. In or around Delaware Ohio (just north of columbus). Right now, we're considering the columbus zoo. Any other ideas??

Also, any experience good or bad with local vendors.
I'm working on planning everything from out of town, so any local help is appreciated!! Thanks!!

Hi Jenna,

I've been to a wedding at Lehner's Country Gatherings in Radnor, OH (just west of Delaware on Rte 203) They had the ceremony outside and the reception inside in the on-site banquet hall. It was nice and the rain stopped just in time for the ceremony!
