Hi there,
Wow, it must be hard to plan from out of town? My fiance and I just visted Crestmore yesterday and we plan to marry either 09/2011 as well or if possible, we'd like to push it up to 04/2011. I'd have to say the property was absolutely beautiful!!!! We fell in love with it right away. It is a well taken care of venue. I am in the process of getting quotes from vendors and would be glad to pass them along to you. We are on a tight budget but still want to make it a tasteful and elegent as possible.

That would be great! It's not easy planning from out of state but lckiky it's not to bad of a drive when we need to go down there. I'm going to be doing our florals so what I'm really looking for is a caterer, photographer and possibly a videographer.

Well, our date is booked for 03/12/11. I pray for no rain!!! Its been beautiful weather during March this year so I hope its the same next year. I will cross my fingers!! :)
I am still researching vendors in the area and so far there is little the information I have. Sorry its not much but who knows, you might find use with one of them for your wedding?

I am still searching for a videographer.
For a caterer, my fiance and I are wanting our wedding/reception to be as casual as possible. Therefore, we have selected a company that comes out and makes homemade tacos. We are having a buffet style for food.
Sorry, not much help just yet since I am in the beginning stages of planning as well.

Flowers on Vine in Redlands is our florist. He does beautiful work, he did all the flowers for my mom's wedding.

Hi! I am interested in getting married at the crestmore manor and have an appointment to view it tomorrow but I've heard in order to have alcohol you have to have a sheriff there? Anyone know?

You have to have security but they don't stand right at the bar they usually are just there in case something happens. They are really nice and stay out of the way. The place is gorgeous! If you need a caterer or rentals just let me know I would love to help you with your special day. I have about 3 weddings coming up there in the next couple of months.

If all you will be serving is beer, you do not need security or sheriff's deputies. If you plan on serving hard alcohol, you will need sheriff's deputies. It is a county managed and owned facility, so there is no way around this.
