There are several locations within Santa Fe that could meet your needs, depending upon the size of your wedding reception. Unless you are having a fairly small wedding and are looking to rent a home or estate, several local hotels could work well for you. The Inn and Spa at Loretto has a lawn/garden area outside of their ballroom where many weddings take place. The LaPosada de Santa Fe also has a lovely lawn by their ballroom. The La Fonda has a fabulous terrace that overlooks downtown with a ballroom right there. The Bishops Lodge has several outdoor areas with two ballrooms that are on property. Those are just a few here in Santa Fe. It will all depend on your style, the size of your wedding and perhaps what availability for the dates you are loking at. All of the above have websites that should give you a good start.

The Gerald Peters Gallery on Paseo is a lovely option if you plan on less than 150 guests.
The Gerald Peters Gallery is a wonderful option for a ceremony and reception in one location. The beautiful sculpture garden and waterfall is an amazing location for a ceremony or dining outside. The interior space has 5 separate galleries for dining or dancing. The largest gallery seats up to 170 guests. http://www.gpgallery.com/pages/events

I recently got married at LaPosada de Santa Fe and we had a wonderful outdoor ceremony and an exquisite indoor reception with flowers by your first responder Margaret! I highly recommend it and please work with David Stone, he is marvelous.
AS a wedding minister/officiant, I cannot recommend David Stone enough!!! He is so on top of everything and will serve your wedding exceptionally. I have been serving with him for many years. And La Posada is a great venue.

Thanks for all your suggestions? I was wondering if anyone has held a wedding / know of the Hacienda Dona Andrea? Any Reviews? Is it quite a drive from Santa Fe?
Hacienda Dona Andrea is good too. It is about 45 minute drive but a lovely place and you have your whole wedding and reception there. They have a good caterer. Just be sure your guests have a good map and even mark the road for them. They may have a drinking policy for the DWI issue if guests will be driving that far. Some folks bus their guests in and out. La Posada and Hacienda are totally different venues and both good.
La Posada de Santa Fe - David Stone is the director of catering and weddings. You can not go wrong with him. The location and personnel are wonderful. Good luck to you.
