I just did the Casino on Labor Day, and it was awesome. Your budget was the same as ours. (Well, that wasn't really our budget at first, but we came out at 40 in the end.) We didn't have enough people for the Hall of Springs, but it's gorgeous. Here's who we used:
Classe Catering - Awesome! Ask for Kim if you decide to use them, she's thorough and meticulous. We put about 30% of our budget toward food and alcohol, because that was important to us.
Photos - Rob Spring. He's located in Saratoga Springs. He's a true professional and got some absolutely phenomenal shots. I loved working with him and his adorable wife.
Flowers - Fleurtacious Designs. I brought photos of what I wanted to KrisAnn and she worked with me to get the look I wanted within my budget. They were gorgeous. I put about 5% of my budget into flowers.
Day-of coordinator - Shannon Whitney of Wedding Planning Plus. Best investment I made in my wedding. Really took the stress out of the last-minute things I couldn't do myself. Like going back to my hotel to rescue the favors from the trunk of my car while I was halfway through formal pictures.
DJ - Greg Frasier - Greg was the perfect host. He knew just how much to say and when to say it. Very flexible with the play list, but also very intuitive.
Cake (one of them, anyway) - Charlene Gennari of Sweet Cakes in New Lebanon. Very affordable and the most delicious buttercream you'll ever taste. If you're leaning toward buttercream over fondant, make the drive out for a tasting with her.
Hope this helps!
