In what order do you mail them?
Everyone is telling me something different.

1. Save the Date
2. Invitation/RSVP.

The Save The Date gets the date on people's schedules so they keep that date open. The invitations come after to give details. You don't HAVE to do a Save The Date. Two month's notice for a wedding invitation is sufficient.

We sent Save the Dates that were magnets. Our guests loved them. Then a couple months later we sent out our Invitations.

Save the date at least 6 months before the wedding.
Invitations with RSVP cards at least 2 months or 1 1/2 months before wedding for an accurate head count with a return date on them (please included postage on your rsvp cards).
