Unfortunately, this place doesn't get many replies. I don't know what kind of budget you have or how many people. But I know someone who wanted to use vue cafe but couldn't. So she is using Venu 1008 http://venu1008.ca/ Its nice, I am not sure of pricing but it worth a look. There are 2 parks close by, pearce estate park and inglewood bird sanc. There is also Confederation park. I am sure you could get married at any park. My friend got married at fish creek park, it was great.

I am not getting married in Calgary, but I have to have a home reception so I rented out country hills golf club. They are a great price and have no F&B minimums.
