Unfortunately, I don't know think there is anyway to get around this. If you want to get married on campus, I think you'll have to schedule it for a time that the university is open. There are quite a few beautiful churches downtown. I think St. Stephen's on Timothy Road is really pretty and has a chapel like feel to it. It also has a nice reception hall on site, and they do allow you to serve alcohol. Good luck!
I got married at the Seney Stovall Chapel, it is a part of the campus but is also a theater so you might be able to get married there. It is a really beautiful Victorian building built in 1882.
