Non-religious, Japanese/English Bilingual Officiant in Oahu?

Hi!

I have my wedding planned on June 28th, and I just found out that the minister I was relying on wouldn't be able to make it! I have to find an officiant but I don't know anyone else...

I am looking for non-religious, Japanese/English bilingual officiant in Oahu because my fiance's family is from the US and mine is from Japan.
