We had the fairy tale wedding we had dreamed of. Everything went as planned. We had many out-of-State guests. Wedding mapper was a great help for those who were not familiar with the town or the area.
We rented a shuttle bus and a SUV limo for the night. The pre-event service was excellent. They confirmed the information a week in advance and then again 2 days prior. Both the drivers were highly professional. The shuttle bus provided water to all the guest. The limo made separate pickups for the groom and bridal party. It had plenty of champagne, soda and water for both groups. I would recommend them for any occasion.
The staff made planning my wedding so easy and stress free. There was a large verify of entrees to chose from. They provided little tips for wording the food selections on the RSVP; how to match each guest with their selection and accommodating special requests. The table settings were beauty and in theme with the wedding. The food was prepared on site. Portion sizes were good. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service was excellent.
The flowers were exactly what I had envisioned. The bouquets were so full. The flowers matched the bride maid’s dresses perfectly. The table settings were gorgeous. All the flowers were so fresh they lasted for a week after the wedding. Yes, I would recommend to anyone.
The Hilton Garden Inn is located in the center of town. It provided the best rates and provided a free suite for the bride and groom the night of the wedding. The online event reservation page was simple to setup and easy for guests to use. We had to increase the number of rooms for at least twice for our out-of-State guests. The hotel staff was courteous, professional and helpful for meeting our requests and our guests’ needs. I would recommend to anyone.
The venue was beautiful. It was like being married in a castle in the heart of the city. The staff was excellent. They were professional and provided wonderful customer service. The manager for special events, Janice, was excellent. She and her event coordinator were able to coordinate all vendors to have everything run smoothly. You do not need an outside wedding planner. The museum’s staff will help you with everything.
