The gave both the groom and the groomsman the wrong shoes - The groom had two different size shoes both for the left foot. The groomsman was given the wrong size shoes and the best man was given a vest which had a button missing. We also needed to return the suits the day after the wedding.
Superb videography, they even sent out 3 copies of the first edit as the first one got stolen and the second my hubby lost. Lots of fun to work with and nothing was too much effort for them.
While the food was superb our guests had trouble getting drinks from the bar, and they seated the parents of the groom with their backs to the bridal table.
They said they were set up for use of a IPOD but I beg to differ myself and another bride have had problems while trying to use a ipod.
The favours weren't set up properly even though instructions were given on how to do it and each table was bagged.
They were supposed to ask me about serving the cake, once they placed it on trays but they didn't, therefore our guests got the wrong flavours served to them.
Our guests had problems accessing the lift, and when they tried to get up to the reception through the foyer they were told off. They wouldn't let two of our guests up to inspect the reception area even though I had previously arranged it with the reception co-ordinator that these guests were to go up.
