Our wedding was certainly the best day of our lives! We kept a relaxed, fun, and yet elegant feel to the event. Our ceremony and reception were held at the Cove at Mount Hope Farm - an absolutely beautiful location. Some of the highlights - a lobsterbake, a photo booth, and an ice cream truck!
We had high expectations as Sayles has a fantastic reputation. We had very simple flowers - blue hydrangeas everywhere... Unfortunately there were some issues: the bridesmaids bouquets were dead on arrival and the corsages and boutteniers were disorganized - my mom ended up with two boutteniers pinned together. The centerpieces were lovely though.
Great to work with and fabulous results. For a photojournalistic, fun and yet classic set of memories - see Krista!
This was a big hit at our wedding! We LOVED the photobooth itself and the pictures on CD are still cracking us up. Unfortunately RI Photobooths only communicates over email, with no names or phone numbers, and it took 7 weeks before getting the CD. A bit hard to work with - but if you can deal with it - it's such a treat!
Jack is AWESOME! He let us serve ice cream right from his truck. He was so nice to work with and this super fun option was much less than a cake - plus everyone got what they wanted and we had time to talk with our guests. We LOVED it.
Great to work with - super friendly and flexible. What set them apart: when we started to run out of beer early on in the wedding, they checked first with us and then went and picked up more- and exactly the same brands that we had before.. guests didn't even know it happened. And our guests said many times how friendly they were and how much they enjoyed the lobster.
Courtney is amazing! Such a positive person... a joy to be around on my wedding day. And I loved my 'beachy' look. Leah is also fantastic (makeup)
Patty has been in the business for a long time and is great to work with. They were flexible and accommodating at all times. Great job on the tailoring too!
Absolutely stunning location! Such a magical place - we knew from the second we stepped on the property that we had to be married here. Please note: Mt. Hope Farm is a historic trust and so they are VERY, VERY strict. Be prepared to sign a 12 page contract. The most difficult rule is not being allowed on the site (vendors only!) until 15 minutes beforehand.
