Our wedding was magical! Getting married in Fort Atkinson was truly amusing, but was challenging finding venders in the area. We did most things ourselves and branched out to Madison WI for a wider variety of options; for instance, we had a Chinese Lion Dance and was able to book the unique request through Zhong Yi Kung Fu Association. September is a great time of the year in the area as the weather was perfect.
The local school did a great job with tailoring the music to fit our needs. The students are very talented and would recommend them for a string quartet at any wedding!
Rev. Miller did a wonderful job tailoring the ceremony to our unique style and needs. He was there through all the questions we had, and was able to help when we asked for it. I would highly recommend him for any wedding in the area.
Whitney, at Transition Photography did a wonderful job! We knew we picked the right person in the beginning. She did our engagement pictures and found that she was the type of photographer that did not put you through picture purgatory. She is very reasonably priced and you get more than what you would expect.
Shifu Nelson Ferreira, from Madison, WI Kung Fu School had his students and instructors preform at our wedding. They did such an amazing job and everyone was entertained! They have two lions that preform strictly for weddings, and are the only ones in the state of Wisconsin. We had a Western Asian style wedding and the lion dance was perfect for our style. I highly recommend them as they are VERY talented and reasonable in price. You can contact Shifu Nelson at (608) 347-3836.
Our wedding ceremony and reception was at Koshkonong Mounds Country Club. They did a good job, and there staff did a great job to serve and work with us during the event. I recommend them and their food. Our entire guests were happy with the place and the view of the lake was incredible for the ceremony!
