In the beginning I would have given this vendor 5 stars, because they had a great sales pitch and sat down with me one on one to go over all the flowers of my wedding. We dicussed in detail all the flowers. The problems was they did a hand written invoice and being the busy planning bride I trusted them to deliver. The day before the wedding I went in to pay a final bill and arranged for my father to pick up the bridal party flowers and my fiance to pick up the flowers for the groom's men and his parents. I interacted with this vendor 3-4 times prior to my wedding date. On the day of my wedding I get a horrifying call from my future in-laws house that they can't find the grooms flowers. When I walked down the aisle and met my husband he and his grooms me were wearing horrible ugly yellow flowers (my wedding colours were baby blue, white and silver). They stand out awful in the wedding photos. The reason the couldn't find the flowers was because Pammetts had failed to invoice the grooms flowers and make them. And with all their experience in weddings it didn't occur to them to mention to me that no grooms flowers had been ordered. And it didn't occur to me that they were not ordered because I did order them and discussed in great detail with their sales lady that I wanted something simple in white and she suggested a roses, with the grooms wrapped in a silver wire. The also billed for those ugly flowers and said the understood how I felt...I in the end received the worst possible service from them. Beware of their service, the sales pitch is good but there is no follow through.
The Good, amazing location for an amazing price and they will let you have your ceremony on their property and have chairs to rent.
The food in reasonable priced but prepared by the women's auxillary and so is more home cooked quality then 5 star restaurant. I wouldn't spend the extra on prime rib as it just seemed like regular roast beef to me.
