Yes, they offer a beautiful selection and very reasonable prices. Customer service is very understanding when there is a problem, however, the end result was less than satisfactory. We ordered our invitations 8 months before the wedding and loved them. Then when my groom's father passed away, the wording needed to be changed. We reordered just the invitations, since the response and reception cards were still fine. The new invitations arrived in a completely different color (and not only that, the new color was quite ugly!) We called and explained, and customer service was very understanding, they agreed to reprint the entire suite (invites, reception & response cards) for free. When we received them, however, they were still 2 VERY different colors and neither color was what was pictured on the website or the color of the originals we received. Unfortunately, that was what we had to send out, because we were already late to mail them.
Stacy at A Moment Forever was so wonderful to work with. On top of the fact that this vendor has an AMAZING selection as well as amazing prices, Stacy was so thorough and professional. She did an amazing job in transforming the hall into a beautiful reception and I am so grateful to her!
I was referred to Bridal Beauty, which is an on-site hair and makeup service, by my wedding coordinator and I was so thrilled with my results. I had been searching for a hair/makeup artist who would be able to work with a clip-in hair extension, as my own hair wouldn't be long enough on the big day. Amanda found the PERFECT match during the trial run and on the day of, she made everything look so natural and so perfect. I never imagined I could look as wonderful as I felt that day. Amanda was so pleasant, so professional and an expert at what she does. The air brushed makeup looked amazing all night and my hair stayed in place perfectly, even after dancing. Highest marks possible!
Kevin was so, so wonderful and he was the perfect fit for our wedding. He was so professional and just a pleasure to work with. Most important, however, was how he really kept everyone involved and happy. He truly did a wonderful job reading the crowd and playing the perfect songs. It is obvious that this is not just something he does on weekends, as he truly knew exactly what to play and when. All our requests were met and exceeded and I highly recommend him. Everyone had such a wonderful time.
Kristin is simply amazing. She was so wonderful to work with and the end result was more beautiful then I could have imagined! She worked so hard, captured all the right moments (and many more I had no idea about, which was so special) and I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with her work, style, professionlism and manor. Awesome!
Wow...this company was horrible! The office staff had no idea what they were doing, was very difficult to work with and a bit nasty. I would have changed right then, but it was too late to make a reservation that close to the wedding day. Also, the day off, the driver they sent (who looked like she had just stepped out of the bar/tattoo parlor) showed up at my Groom's place instead of the my house and told my groom that she had no record of having to even pick me up. She argued with my groom stating that she would have to call her company. She said it wasn't on her schedule and that she felt she shouldn't deviate. Again, the morons in the office messed this up too. In addition, she showed up 2 hours early for the groom. Yikes! Horrible, horrible. Do not book these guys! We were lucky it worked out, but it could have been a disaster!
Juliet was so wonderful to work with. She has such a light, easy going and delightful personality that it made it seem that she was there as our friend and not just a photographer. She strikes the perfect balance between taking the time and attention to get those perfect, special shots and yet we were on time the entire day. She was so attentive to hearing what kinds of photos I was looking for when we had our initial meeting and I am so grateful to have had her as my photographer.
Truly, this text box will not accommodate all the wonderful things I wish to say about Jen. From day one she made it so easy and amazingly pleasant to plan my wedding and she made my vision come to life within the exact budget I needed. She did everything and I'm sure a 1000 other things that I wasn't even aware that she handled behind the scenes. Truly, this was the best money I ever spent. This was my gift to myself, to keep this planning process from weighing me down. Jen was always there when I needed her, was SO delightful to work with and so professional. She was able to handle the last minute rush to set up the room when the hall only gave her 1.5 hours to do it and she made it stunning! She also did my flowers and I have not stopped getting compliments. Everything was exactly as I pictured it and that is all thanks to Jen. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Truly, I cannot imagine having gone through the last year of wedding planning without her.
If you need any alterations, fittings, bustles or if there are elements you want to add or remove from your dress, THIS IS THE PLACE. The master seamstress, Michelle, created a miracle with my dress and made my plain, off-the-rack David's Bridal dress into a custom design. Simply exquisite!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this vendor!!! She was able to make my vision into a reality and I could not have been more pleased! And not only that, but she also made my dress fit perfectly. Michelle is amazing talented. I would not take your dress anywhere else!
This hall has an amazing all-inclusive wedding deal that saved us quite a bit of money. Only drawback was the fact that they booked a funeral luncheon right before our wedding. Our cocktail hour started at 6pm and my vendors couldn't get access to the room until 4:30PM!!!! If I had not had a wedding coordinator and other amazing vendors, then this could have destroyed the night!!! Check the fine print in your contract ladies. Ours said that they could book another event up to an hour before ours began. Also, this particular hall wanted the linen company to drop off the linens 2-3 days before, and then come back the day of to set them up. This caused some ligistics problems with the linen company. Again, fine print in the halls contract. Luckily though, the hall was able to accomodate the linen company on their schedule. Thank goodness!
