We wanted a tour of our favorite venues in New York City for our wedding day with all our friends and family joining us... We wanted quirky quintessential fun-- a very non-traditional kind of day! We couldn't fit it in in one day, so we made it a 4-day event complete with something for everyone...What a blast!
Everyone knows this place! Such a NY icon! Beer and Oysters right after the 5 minute ceremony to celebrate! It was a good time! Also because of local in Grand Central, everyone invited was able to get the kind of food they wanted at the kind of price they wanted to spend. Personally my 3-year old nephew was glad he had choices other than the oysters! LOL
We needed a starting place, close to City Hall where we could all congregate before our parade to the City Clerks Office. Zuckers is a very NYC Traditional Kind of Bagel Shop... The owner and staff were great and really contributed to the festive mood--- Super Service and Fab Bagels...
We Love this once used to be a flower vender's stall turned upscale can't believe they have such a different and lovely selection of vino, kind of wine bar--- Its small, but always full!
Hot Dogs for everyone! If you are sneering, then you've never truly experienced Gray's Papaya... Not only a New York Quintessential Venue, but an Upper West Side One as well!
