My purpose in writing this (I am the mother of the bride)is to help future brides when trying to decide on whether or not to use the Red Lion Inn. Yes, we did go through 3 coordinators (Elaine, Denise & Elizabeth)and it was frustrating at times. My suggestion is to stay on top of your plans and check in (or better yet, visit) with the Red Lion staff frequently. Elizabeth is a wonderful person (along with her function room manager, Stacey) and will work hard for you.
The village of Cohasset was the perfect backdrop for our winter wonderland wedding. Who knew that a winter wedding could be so beautiful and fun!
Pamela and her assistant were our photographers. They did an outstanding job and our pictures are wonderful!
Owner Beverly Bielewicz and staff were most accomodating. We visited her shop in Cohasset once and did our subsequent planning via phone and email. The invitations were truly elegant.
We provided our guests with a shuttle to and from the reception. H & L Bloom provided us with a driver who was prompt and courteous. We were pleased.
The Red Lion was the perfect location for our New Year's Eve wedding. Our coordinator, Elizabeth, came on board 3 weeks before our wedding and did an excellent job. Everything was delivered as promised; the atmosphere, food, and service were all outstanding. Many guests commented later that ours was one of the best weddings ever!
The Inn has a great location, although it could use some "upgrading." The hotel staff, however, were extremely accommodating and friendly.
This hotel is a great value for the area. The only down side was the driving distance to/from the church and reception (approximately 25 minutes)
