Got married in Hoboken at 3Forty Gill right on Sinatra Drive. Our guests stayed at the W Hoboken which is a block away from 3Forty. We had our rehearsal lunch at Arthurs Tavern and even managed to fit a night in NYC with our friends. Hoboken is a great place to get married. . . so much to do without ever needing a car! Our guests had a great city wedding experience without going broke!
Amazing experience at 3Forty. Patrizia took good care of us . . . she was a pleasure to work with. The guests raved about the food (which is funny b/c I don't normally love the food here). . . the presentation of the food was beautiful! The staff was amazing. The view was breathtaking. We had drinks and the ceremony in the bar section, then moved everyone over to the ohter side for dinner and then back over to the bar side for dancing! They hooked me up with their house DJ as well who did a great job!! I felt the price was reasonable - - our wedding was so classy with a city feel. I just loved everything about it. I can't say enough about 3Forty. I would recommend it to ANYONE. I have no complaints whatsoever!
After months of concern that the W might not be open in time for our wedding guests all ended up working out! The hotel had only been open for 3 weeks when we had our guests stay here. THey did an amazing job making all our guests feel wonderful. By the end of the weekend I knew many of the serivce staff by their first name. We splurged on a suite and it was the best idea we had -- we ended up taking many of our wedding pictures from our suite and from our balcony (with its great views of NYC!) They worked out a great rate with us also. . . much less than what lower rated hotels in Jersey City were able to offer! Our guests loved the hotel. . . . it was walking distance to downtown Hoboboken and also to the PATH. Overall, a wonderful hotel and a great experience.
