Tips For A Great Wedding Map
Play Local Tour Guide
Add your favorite restaurants, local attractions, spas, parks, and other
local highlights to your wedding map so your guests can enjoy the time around the wedding.
It will add a personal touch to your map and show guests why your wedding location is special to you.
Add Photos To Your Map
Add photos to your wedding map! They bring your map to life and
familiarize your guests with the local area, getting them excited
about your wedding.
Don't Add Too Many Markers
Don't add too many markers to your map. It may become overwhelming for your guests. We recommend between 10 and 25 markers including local restaurants and attractions.
Set The View Properly
Set the default view of your map to best show the area of your wedding. Set the default view by zooming in or out on your map and then clicking on the "Save and Preview" tab on left of your map page and then clicking "save your map".
Create A Custom URL
Create a custom url for your map. It's an excellent way to include a mention of your wedding map in your wedding invitations.

Store Your Vendor and Venue Contact Info
You can store vendor and venue contact information in your Wedding Notebook on your wedding map so that all of your important phone numbers, contact names and email addresses are in the same place.
This information will be hidden from your guests so you can use it as a command center for your wedding. Soon you'll be able to share this information with other people involved in the wedding day coordination (eg. Vendors, family members, etc).
