About El Dorado Civic Center

The El Dorado Civic Center is an ideal venue for large or small events. The facility offers 9,000 square of rentable space. The large assembly room is roughly 5,000 square feet and will accommodate 345 people. Smaller breakout rooms total 600 square feet and have a small kitchen area. Also available is a larger caterer's kitchen. Round or banquet tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, as well as set up and cleaning. The Civic Center is equipped with a built-in sound system with CD and cassette capabilities as well as 4 wireless microphones, including 1 lavalier mic. A permanent dance floor will accommodate weddings and other celebratory events. Other equipment includes three portable podiums, a portable stage with steps, big screen for overhead projector or PowerPoint presentations and an overhead projector. In addition, there is a TV/VCR with utility carts and six sections of latticework backdrop. The facility is full carpeted and provides spacious men's and women's restrooms.
