The ceremony took place in Federal Hill Park, which was the most gorgeous, though very public, location. We lucked out in that most passersby were very respectful and stayed quiet through the ceremony, though there were some strangers taking our photo and someone did try to set up a croquet game right next to us (luckily my aunt spoke with them and they left). We were also very lucky that the weather was beautiful for our day - if it had been rainy I have NO idea what we would have done.
All in all, this is an amazing location for a ceremony but one that comes with its own set of stresses... and getting through the red tape to get a permit for the area is just the beginning. Make sure to have a back up plan and expect strangers watching, or even interrupting, your wedding. I went in with this mindset and had a wonderful time. Lots of guests commented on how beautiful it was.
