When I met with her she seemed to understand what I wanted and then when I called and removed things ( pew decor or extra corsages) her people were clueless!! I even met with her and doubel checked everything yet on my wedding day.. the flowers were wrong and she forgot alot of stuff! My husbands bout. was Horrbile!! But I have to say that the flowers for the centerpeices were wonderful and she decorated my cake beautifully! I would say that if you were going to use her be very to the point nad know excatly what you want and make sure you see her write down what she says!!
