As two full-fledged photographers in our right, each capable of documenting weddings on our own, Bill & Liss provide an extraordinary level of coverage of your wedding day. Based in beautiful Huntsville, Alabama, we frequently travel around the southeast and are also available for destination weddings.
Our Approach
On your wedding day, we grab every handful of emotion and connection that we can! We focus on the real love and laughter of your day to tell the story of the incredibly rare intersection of your friends and family and an amazing celebration of your love. As you look through our images, you'll see that the emotions are real, never staged, because we allow people to be themselves and then seize those moments with all of our skill and talent. The goal is for you to literally be able to see the relationships and connections in the images we create of your day.
Our fun engagement and bridal sessions are shot at any location you choose in the Huntsville area and truly help us get to know you both better so that on your wedding day our relationship will help us tell your story in a way that we are sure that you will love.

Our Qualifications
We take the responsibility of documenting a wedding seriously.
With 25 years of combined experience in photography and having been in business for the last 3 years focusing almost exclusively on weddings, engagements and bridals, we are able to consistently deliver beautiful, strong images of your wedding day.
We are members of several professional photography organizations: Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and Nikon Professional Service (NPS). We carry full coverage business liability insurance and we are incorporated as an LLC which is fully licensed by the City of Huntsville, County of Madison and the State of Alabama.
Our strong technical backgrounds (Liss is a software engineer and Bill is an electrical engineer), provide the framework for taking full advantage of all that digital photography allows. We use the latest professional Nikon equipment (currently D3, D2X and D200 camera bodies and a wide array of fast Nikkor lenses) and carry a full contigent of backup equipment with us on every shoot.
And while we are not wedding planners, we know that the wedding planning process can be a myriad of confusing choices, so we do everything we can from our end to help your wedding day go as wonderfully as possible by visiting unfamiliar venues to help us plan your photography and bv helping you with scheduling so that you can take full advantage of our services. We treat your wedding day as the unique experience that it is and work to help you see all of the possibilities in it.

OMG! Words can't describe how fun and unique Bill and Liss are. If you like a bunch of boring, stiff, posed pictures where someone tells you to tilt your chin down and to the left-DON'T CONTACT LISS AND BILL! They totally think outside the box, and they treat you like a close friend from the moment you meet. Remember, your pictures will last forever, so be willing to pay what it's worth to you. At least meet with them, and check out their wedding albums. They're spill and fingerprint proof (like coffee table books), and they're assembled in Italy. You're worth it, so DO IT!
