The luxury vehicle we booked from Sun Valley was far from luxurious. They showed up 20 minutes late - with no explanation. The interior of the vehicle did not match the price point, the website photo or the owner's description. The interior was rundown and dirty - stains on the ceiling, peeling seats, sound system did not work. When I called to discuss the issues, THE OWNER HUNG UP THE PHONE while I was speaking. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The price point is far too high for what you will actually get in terms of quality and service.

elegant limo and a friendly, courteous driver

Limo driver did not arrive at the correct location to pick up the groom and his groomsmen even though the event order had the full address and I called the day prior to the wedding to confirm. Truly disappointed.
