Wouldn't use again - but they knew that going in- bride only once-. Disappointment not entire fault of place - beware of ordering from manufacturers ordering from China who have a little clause that says they reserve the right to use the materials available at the time - we ordered dress with swarovski crystals and got sequins with plastic beads- costume quality not custom quality.
