Initially the Hampton Inn was our backup, but after our first hotel proved to be less than accommodating, they became our #1.
Nicole Ream went above and beyond to make sure our 65+ guests were taken care of. She even reconfigured the system to get us an affordable package that included gift bags for each room, continental breakfast each morning, and a shuttle to and from the reception for our guests. She also got teary eyed when I came down in my dress, arranged for us to stay in suite 525 (our wedding date, May 25th), and even helped our bridal party decorate our suite with rose petals and champagne.
The one slight downfall that we experienced was some confusion that happened over the phone when our guests were making reservations, mainly due to untrained/spacey front desk staff...of which Nicole vowed to make right and even gave me her personal cell phone number to address any further concerns.
