Two days prior to my wedding, this company gave away my reserved Escalade! It was blamed on a "computer glitch". Whats even more suspect is that it was rented to an all day party (more money for them). Their only compensation was to give us our deposit back. ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE.
