Simply the best brick oven pizza around. We've been eating River House Pizza for a couple of years now so when my husband suggested we hire them to cater our wedding, I was like, "YES!!!" Most people wouldn't think to serve pizza at a wedding but I can assure you it was delicious, elegant, HOT (very important) and incredibly charming. Our guests are still raving about the catering.
Nathan (owner) and the RHP gang showed up several hours early to set up the oven and tents. RHP also took care of all the appetizers. Since it was an Eastern Shore wedding we wanted crab cakes and they were outrageously good! They also served pork bbq sliders, sausage stuffed mushrooms and artichoke dip - all of which was delicious. The best part was They left us with Pizzas to serve to our guests the next day.
The venue was on the water in St. Michael's, MD and I was so thrilled that they agreed to make the drive down there from Ellicott City. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Our friends and family sent us notes afterward to let us know everything was PERFECT!! I wouldn't have done a thing differently. I highly, highly, highly recommend these guys. They can do anything.
