Rickard Ridge

Although BBQ is part of their name, don't be fooled. We had them cater our wedding and the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We had the most tender prime rib. You could cut it with a fork. We had chicken marsala that was just delicious. There was also an array of vegetables and a potato bar. EVERYONE commented on how good the food was. Mark Rickard was a delight to work with, and his staff came early and had it all setup... I didn't have to worry about a thing. I would absolutely recommend Rickard Ridge to anyone.
