Description
Richard “Rick” Cook is an ordained minister with the Sanctuary of the Beloved, an international healing and teaching order. A resident with his wife Karen of Roanoke, VA, Richard became licensed to perform weddings in May 2010. Together they head the Peace Spiritual Center in Roanoke.
Weddings are non-sectarian and are created through collaboration with the couple to be married. The couple purchases the marriage license, and Richard performs the service, then files the signed license with the circuit court.
The cost for wedding services ranges from $150 to $500, depending on complexity and the amount of preparation time. Weddings can be performed in the meditation room of Richard and Karen's home in Virginia Heights near Grandin Village, or any other location you desire. The wedding can take place the day you call or planned months in advance.
