We booked BA Studio on the Summer of 2013 for our December 2014 wedding. Their portfolio looked good. Even their display in their booth in one bridal fair was okay. Their staff, Rachel, had been very accommodating so we booked them on the spot.

Upon completion of 25% payment, I had the urge to check reviews through the internet. I found bad feedback so I tried to cancel but they never did let me so I was left without choice but to push through.

We completed 80% of the payment before our prenup session some time in June of 2014. It took them long to deliver the raw files and they were only able to deliver the AVP more or less a week before the event. And they were able to provide the prenup album only on the day of the event.

I had a hard time coordinating with them as it's either Rachel, our contact person, is on leave or out of town or nowhere to be found AND their office people do not even take mobile phone calls and just tell us that they do not know. Even my coordinators had a hard time coordinating with them for their roles and they only communicated with my coordinators one to two days before the event.

On the event day, they sent freelance photographers (whom they contracted) to do the shots and only one of them is directed employed with BA Studio. It's comforting though that that one person is easy to deal with (on the day of the event) and did a great job for our SDE.

Almost 2 months after the wedding (around February 2015), they asked us to pay half of the 20% balance upon their delivery of the RAW photo files. So we got our raw images. We sent them feedback on which photos to use for the album and portrait on the same month and they sent us the layout sometime in April wherein we requested revisions (e.g., change in color, quotes, spelling).

The next feedback we got was already in June 2015 (so it took them 2 months to revise) but there are still a few layouts which remained uncorrected which we again requested them to work on it. Most of the remaining work are correcting spelling and that was in July 2015.

August, September, October, November 2015 came and no feedback yet from BA Studio and their numbers cannot be reached. My only way to communicate with them was through email. They kept on promising to deliver next week. Then come next week and they'll beg off again. If you don't follow up, they won't give you feedback.

December 2015 came and I tried communicating with them through their facebook profile. I commented on many of their posts that they have not delivered even when we are already celebrating our first wedding anniversary. So they messaged me through facebook that they will deliver. But the same things were promised but not met.

So up to this day, it's been 1 year and 2 month (going 3 months), we have not yet received our album, our RAW videos, and the edited videos. And we're still going through the stress of trying to communicate with them and following up their deliverables.

And I would like to also mention, a few of their clients messaged me on facebook and their experiencing the same.


Hi B.A, seasons greetings, it's been two months since our wedding. All we (me & hubby) can say that you've done a great job covering our wedding. The on-site video is very amazing, fairy tale like. Everytime I watch the video I was teary eyed it seems I was going back to my este our special day. It was truly amazing, kudos to Kuya Edwin and team. If im going to re new my vow I wont be hesitate to contact you again, hehe... Thank you is not enough.
