Patty at the cake boutique failed to show up for 3... not 1, not 2 BUT 3 of our appointments! She gave us the wrong cakes to taste. She was super disorganized and dealing with them was EXTREMELY stressful. However, on the day of our wedding the cakes arrived on time, looked great and tasted great.
I will not use them again, though. To big a headache.
